    A Special Meeting of the Southold Town Board has been scheduled for Tuesday, July 12, 2022 at 11:00am. The purpose of the meeting is to coordinate an initiative with consultants who will help the Town create an affordable housing plan in compliance with the Peconic Bay Region Community Housing Act. This plan, which will rely a great deal on public input, will offer a guide to utilizing revenue generated by the Housing Act for the purpose of creating affordable housing opportunities in Southold Town. The meeting will be held in the Meeting Hall of Southold Town Hall located at 53095 Main Road, Southold, New York.     The Southold Town LAND PRESERVATION COMMITTEE Regular Meeting will be held on Tuesday, July 12, 2022 at 7:00 p.m.

     

    This meeting will be held virtually via the Zoom online platform.

     

    This is a public meeting and the public will have access to view and listen to the Regular Meeting as it is happening via Zoom. If you do not have access to a computer or smartphone, there is an option to listen in via telephone.

     

    Comments from the public may not be solicited nor received without an appointment. It is expected that the Committee will enter into Executive Session* at some point after opening the Regular Meeting for the purpose of discussing applications regarding proposed acquisitions of real property where publicity would substantially affect the value thereof. The public is not allowed to view or listen to Executive Session.
