Town Code: Chapters 96, 111 and 275 (each of these chapters should be hyperlinked to the Chapter’s first page). The Town adopted Codes to protect our wetlands, bluffs, waters, residents, and businesses from impacts of living on lands surrounded on three sides by high energy waters (LI Sound, Peconic Bay, Atlantic Ocean). Prior to planning for land-use permits, please review these Codes to made sure your project is complying with the latest regulations.
