The Southold Town Assessor’s Office is currently accepting new applications for the Senior Citizen’s Exemption.  The income limit for the Suffolk County & Southold Town portion of the property tax bill has increased to $58,400 (gross income). If you already have a Senior Citizen Exemption and renew annually, please return the renewal application that was mailed to you recently.
