Week 3 of the Southold Town Highway Department Spring Cleanup has been completed. Brush pickup has been completed in all areas east of the following roads: Mattituck Inlet on the north, Wickham Avenue in the middle and Bray Avenue on the south including Peconic Bay Boulevard East of Bray Avenue. There are several areas of leaf bags remaining just east of this boundary that will be removed early next week. Please do not add additional brush to these areas.

SAFETY BULLETIN: Please be advised and aware the Highway crews will be performing cleanup on the Main Road from the Cutchogue – Mattituck line through Laurel Lane Monday morning. We ask all motorists to be alert, exercise caution and patience for everyone’s safety! Please plan accordingly and be prepared to stop as there will be slight delays to traffic flow as the crew works to remove material.
