Hello Southold!

We have been busy over at the Highway Department preparing for the coming storm, salt and sand has been mixed, trucks have been readied and the crews are ready to get to work on their routes. To help our dedicated drivers please remove any obstructions from the roadways such as cars, garbage and recycling containers. This will make our plowing operations not only more effective but also safer for everyone. If you do need to travel, please give our drivers and equipment plenty of room to operate and do not follow closely.
