Re: COVID-19 Vaccination Appointments

    At this time, Stony Brook Eastern Long Island Hospital has a limited number of COVID-19 vaccines available for eligible individuals 65 and older.

    Hours of Operation: 9 am to 6 pm

Appointments are for those 65 years of age and older. You must visit the Stony Brook Eastern Long Island website https://elih.stonybrookmedicine.edu/Coronavirus to make an appointment and fill out the required forms.  If you do not book an appointment and/or are not eligible, you will not be vaccinated.
