River Otter Site Survey and Monitoring Workshop (Southold)

Through a grant administered by the Town of Southold’s “Bay to Sound Project” with funding provided by New York State Department of State under Title 11 of the Environmental Protection Fund, the Group for the East End is hosting two River Otter Survey & Monitoring Workshops led by Mike Bottini. Join us for a fun and informative morning learning how to identify river otter sign and where to look for it. We’ll meet at the Group’s office at 54895 Main Road (Rte. 25) in Southold for a short indoor presentation and then head out into the field to visit several otter sites.
