Located on Manhanset Avenue in Greenport and is also known as Gull Pond Beach. The beach overlooks Shelter Island and contains a large parking area, playground and has lifeguards and beach attendants on duty in the summer.

Lifeguards are on duty all week long from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm. 

Resident and non-resident parking permits must be purchased at the Town Clerk’s Office. Parking and boat launching by Southold Town permit only.
