William P. Ruland
    Bill’s knowledge, abilities and experience in public service continue to make him extremely qualified to benefit and enhance the lives of the people of Southold Town by service as our Town Councilman. Bill has an unequalled passion to maintain the rural character of the town he has called home for his entire life. His faithful service on Southold’s Town Board has set the standards which his fellow colleagues aspire to.
