Beginning on Tuesday, July 21st, the drive-through at the Town Hall Annex, located at 54375 Route 25 in Southold, will now be used to facilitate the issuance of Disposal Permits and Shellfish Permits, in addition to the Resident Beach and Resident Trailer Permits already being processed at that location.
The requirement to obtain a Disposal Permit, which was previously waived, will now need to be acquired by September 1st. The waiver of the $5.00 single entry fee requirement will also expire on that date.
The final day of weekend sales for the drive-through will be this Sunday, July 19th. The new hours for all transactions at the drive-through, beginning on Tuesday, July 21st, will be Tuesday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., until further notice.
The Town Clerk’s Office continues to make appointments for resident marriage licenses, death certificates, oaths of office, handicapped parking permits and other special needs.
